This is an idea I had today. This is a variation of the popular Pact of Steel variant. It adds China as its own power. The main point is to try to balance the game more towards the Allies. Many fans seem to think that the normal Pact of Steel game is unbalanced towards the Axis. I think this is a fun, interesting take on the game, and a way to make it a little more fair for the Allies.Here's the link for the download. Enjoy!
